Artwork Description
All creatures great and small, even this hen gets love from one sweet little girl. This painting was created from a photo shoot I did with one of my friends’ daughters, Hosannah. We had so much that day and the chicken seemed to be enjoying herself as well. I was touched by her care and love for this little creature and had to paint her. I chose to use bold brush strokes to create movement and emotion and played with color to make this piece ‘sing’.
