Artwork Description
What really drew me to this image is the dramatic lighting and the horse’s striking blue eyes. I have done a lot of riding over the years, and horses are one of my favourite animals – they have such a grace and beauty about them!
This painting was selected as the feature artwork for the promotional signage at the international Masters Event art show at Spruce Meadows (Calgary, Alberta) in September 2023. I was very honoured that my painting was selected as the feature piece from the dozens of paintings that were exhibited at the art show by many talented artists!
