“ Bohemian Waxwings come in droves late winter to harvest the fermented berries on Mountain Ash trees. They wait for the berries to wither and ripen, and sometimes get drunk on them . This year I had several bump into my windows . They weren’t hurt, but were just having a good time…lol” Ive seen up to 50 birds feasting in one tree. I so enjoy this time of year watching these beautiful birds in such large numbers flocking from tree to tree”
