“I enjoy doing vignettes like this. It never seems to be my first intention but the second I look and decide the work is done, I then pick and choose how to phase it out away from the edges. The cottontail itself was certainly cute enough to take center stage and didn’t need help. I accentuated the lights of the white clover to help pick out the glossiness of the rabbit’s eye. The overall goal was to have the scene look a bit more stylized than some of my other work.”
