I love being bathed in the warmth of sunlight, it’s a wonderful feeling! So as you can imagine, I enjoyed painting this Gila Monster, and capturing the feeling of warmth and sunlight in the piece. Moreover, they’re pretty amazing reptiles which added to the joy of creating this watercolor.
