Natural Gold
by Wes Siegrist
"Spotting new birds is a fun hobby for me. I encountered this Bullocks Oriole in Arizona perched in a Palo Verde tree. I like adding the gold background to many of my paintings as a way to both complement the subject but also elevate it to an icon as with medieval illuminations."

Daydream
by Cindy Sorley-Keichinger
"Snow Leopards are extremely hard to spot in the wild. They blend into their environment perfectly. This helps with the hunting style they have. This painting tries to show that with a rather abstract background suggesting the mountain habitat, while still focusing on the cat."
- Cindy Sorley-Keichinger
Medium Dimensions Price
Acrylic 9 × 12 in $1,257

Turbulent Seas
by Cindy Sorley-Keichinger
"Seahorses usually are fantasy creatures. Often people think them much bigger than they are in reality.  They are very hard to see in the wild as well, even in captivity as they are rather translucent and their colours blend into the environment.  This painting was rather contemporary in nature, but I wanted to show how they are and the background tells the story of the sea."
- Cindy Sorley-Keichinger
Medium Dimensions Price
Acrylic 8 × 8 in $697
