Masterpieces in Miniature

This invitational art show presented by "Picture This Gallery" features the original artwork of over 45 invited artists of stature from across North America. The term miniature is used to describe the size of the artwork 11 by 14 inches or smaller. . .  and actually, this is the only part of the show described as miniature considering the credentials of the participating artists. Over 100 thousand dollars of artwork in this show.

How it works

Beautiful original artwork available, for a limited time.

1. Choose the artwork you like
2. Your choice will be inserted in the draw box under the artwork
3. Winning purchasers will be drawn on the draw date

About the invited artists

Many of these artists are in high demand so their artwork can be difficult to acquire. One of the reasons their artwork is so sought after is because of their talent as they are regularly selected to participate in large art exhibits and museum shows which can take large time commitments and resources to prepare for. With the Masterpieces in Miniature art show the invited artists only submit 1 - 2 pieces, compared to the 15 - 20 pieces for a large gallery or museum show.

About the show

The selection is truly amazing and you don't have to travel all over North America to view original art by these talented artists. You get to see them all in one location. Because of the size of the original pieces and due to the goodwill of these talented artists... YOU will have the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind ORIGINAL  works of art at the miniature price

The artists have set the price and are being very reasonable, especially when you check out their credentials. The prices for their larger original paintings are substantially more and in speaking with many of the artists, smaller paintings can take just as much time to paint as a larger piece.

An equal opportunity

A unique and fair process is in place for you to participate, both in the gallery and online. After the public draw date, artwork without an "Intent to Purchase" form will be immediately available on a first-come, first-served basis for a limited period of time.

The 2024 public draw is now complete.

Giving back to the community

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Wellspring Alberta to help fund the " Therapeutic Program". Wellspring helps people restore the dignity and control they so often lose when diagnosed with cancer. Wellspring is about helping people feel that they will be able to cope when cancer strikes them or one of their family members.

To date, the participating artists and Picture This have donated over $50,124.00 to this cause from the proceeds of Masterpieces in Miniature.
